Gregg Broujos, Senior Vice President

Gregg Broujos’ emotional intelligence results in relationships that enable his influence to show up in varied and unexpected places. His LinkedIn account shows a title transition in which he was last a regional principal at Colliers International and now a senior vice president of leasing at The Buncher Co., but there’s far more to his influence than these titles. His experience includes representing the region’s biggest bank, PNC Financial Services Group Inc., in buying a group of Wood Street properties across from its headquarters downtown, and the region’s second-largest bank, F.N.B. Corp., in the deal that is resulting in the city’s biggest office tower project in decades with FNB Financial Center now rising in the Lower Hill District. Who knows what he’ll do as a new executive at Buncher, one of the city’s most important property owners that he recently joined in July 2022.
